This is a birthday present for my friend. He gave me alot of random ideas and this seemed to be the best one I could come up with. A fallen angel. I messed around with some brushes for the effect.
It was done in 3 days and it is pencils and charcoal. I saw some picture of a girl randomly on DA and I dont remember where. So thats where the idea come up. But yeah there you go some art ©Chantel Hale |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. Thank you for the comment though. There is a little bit of a story to this. The angel fell in love with a human and upon realizing her sin she decided it would be better to die than face God for her sin. Something like that. So it is her decent to hell as it were. The guy I drew it for was all into this kind of myth/lore. But yeah.
